Measuring Tips

If your body measurement is on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. In the event of indecision, we always suggest sizing up.

If your body measurements for waist and hip result in two different suggested sizes for pants or shorts, order the size from your hip measurement.

If your body measurements for width, waist and hip result in different suggested sizes for tops, order the size from your width (chest) measurement.

How to Measure

Width

Measure around the fullest part, across chest points, keeping the tape horizontal.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.

Rise

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

Body Inseam

Measure from your crotch to the bottom of your leg.

Choosing the Right Size

The sizing charts provided should be used as a baseline sizing template. Please note that because men are different heights, weights, shapes and sizes, sizing charts cannot always be 100% accurate. When in doubt between two sizes always size up to be safe, unless you desire a tighter fit.

Yakira, L.L.C. (trade name: Ecko Unltd.) is an American urban fashion company founded by Marc Ecko in 1993. The company makes apparel and accessories under brands including the men's Ecko Unltd. line and the Ecko Red line for girls and women.  It is headquartered in New York City. The company's products have been popular since the late 1990s; they were originally associated with hip hop and skating culture and moved into the mainstream urban culture in the early 2000s.  It is most often associated with hip hop. The style is based on graffiti art. Its brand features a rhino as its logo.

Marc Ecko began selling graffiti-style T-shirts in the mid 1980s and then founded his clothing brand, Ecko Unlimited, in 1993, with investments from his twin sister, Marci, and friend Seth Gerszberg.  The company later acquired Avirex and Zoo York. In 2009, Ecko Unlimited had over $1 billion in global revenue and was the largest brand in streetwear.

On October 27, 2009, Iconix Brand Group paid $109 million for a 51% stake in Ecko Unlimited. It acquired full ownership in May 2013.
