Measure around your waistline where you normally wear your pants with one forefinger between your body and the measuring tape.
Low Waist
Measure around your body 1.5" (3.8cm) below your natural waistline with one forefinger between your body and the measuring tape.
Rings
Measure snugly around the base of the finger on which you intend to wear the ring.
