Brooks Brothers suits are sized by combining the jacket measurement with a size category, which can be Short, Regular, Long or Extra Long.  These are broken down by your height:

Short: up to 5’9″,    or up to 175cm
Regular: 5’10” to 6’0″,    or 178cm to 183cm
Long: 6’1″ to 6’4″,    or 185 to 193cm
Extra Long: 6’4″ and up,    or 193cm and up
